The love of God is something that no human being can fully understand.
The perfect God of heaven created man and gave him everything. Man messed it all up with disobedience and sin which carried the penalty of death.
God in return became a man and gave His own life to save man's life. He then came back to life to live forever so that man could live forever if he would only believe that God died and rose again to save him.
Man certainly did nothing to deserve it but God did it because He loved man so much.
Mercy is not getting what you deserve and grace is getting what you don't deserve. Thanks God for His mercy and grace but most of all... His love!
