Happy Holidays, Season's Greetings, Winter Holiday... these are just a few "new" terms for the day and season once known as Christmas. Holiday comes from the Old English word, holidayer which means; a holy day.
December 25th was the day set aside centuries ago to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Messiah, the Savior of the world!
It is time to stand up and reclaim this most sacred and holy day. "Jesus is the reason for the season." Do not compromise or give in. Celebrate the birthday of the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a saviour, which is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11

Who Can Do Anything?
God has already promised if we will acknowledge Him in all our was, He will direct our paths. He also promised that He will never leave us or forsake us. God said, "I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you."
God is able, PERIOD. He has all power in heaven and on earth. If God be for us, who can be against us? He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, beyond measure!
No matter the circumstance, no matter the situation, God can do anything. His will is perfect and ultimately, that is what is best for us all. We just have to be careful not to get in His way.

The Love of God
The love of God is something that no human being can fully understand.
The perfect God of heaven created man and gave him everything. Man messed it all up with disobedience and sin which carried the penalty of death.
God in return became a man and gave His own life to save man's life. He then came back to life to live forever so that man could live forever if he would only believe that God died and rose again to save him.
Man certainly did nothing to deserve it but God did it because He loved man so much.
Mercy is not getting what you deserve and grace is getting what you don't deserve. Thanks God for His mercy and grace but most of all... His love!
